State support for business digitalisation and AI implementation comes in waves — calls open, collect applications and close within a few months. The companies that win are the ones prepared in advance: they know their eligibility, have a clear project and ready documents before a call even opens.
This calendar tracks digitalisation and AI calls from the official sources (esinvesticijos.lt, the Innovation Agency) — with status, deadlines, amounts and requirements. Every entry carries its source and the date the information was last verified. Calls currently cover companies registered in Lithuania.

As of 11 July 2026, call No. 02-136-K is open — project implementation plans are accepted until 31 July 2026, 15:45. Startups and spin-offs registered in the Capital region (Vilnius region) can receive from EUR 40,000 to EUR 100,000 to develop artificial intelligence, blockchain or robotic process automation products; the funding intensity is up to 90% and the total call budget is EUR 3 million. The applicant must have been registered no earlier than 5 years ago, have been operating for at least 2 years, and have annual sales revenue of at least EUR 20,000 in the last financial year. The call is administered by the Central Project Management Agency (CPVA), and plans are submitted via the Data Exchange Site (DMS). Companies that received funding under the 2023 call No. 02-018-K are not eligible.
Status (as of 11 July 2026): open – E-DIH.LT is not a fixed-deadline grant call but a permanently operating European Digital Innovation Hub whose services are provided to clients free of charge. The hub serves industrial, agri-food and energy companies and the public sector in Western and Central Lithuania; in the Vilnius region, analogous services are provided by EDIH Vilnius. The value of the services is accounted for as state aid for SMEs and as de minimis aid for large companies, while clients pay nothing for the services themselves. Eight service groups are offered – from needs assessment and consultations with artificial intelligence experts to training and test-before-invest services. The project (2026-01-01 to 2028-12-31) is worth EUR 2,601,330, funded by the EU Digital Europe Programme; companies approach the consortium's consultants directly, and there is no fixed application deadline.
As of 2026-07-11, call No. 02-126-K “Implementation of AI Solutions” is suspended — the application deadline expired on 18 June 2026. The call budget was EUR 3.75 million (EUR 1.25 million for the Capital region (Vilnius region) and EUR 2.5 million for Central and Western Lithuania), with EUR 15,000 to EUR 70,000 allocated per project, covering up to 50% of eligible costs. The support was aimed at industrial SMEs operating for at least two years with average annual revenue of at least EUR 145,000. For companies that missed the deadline, a follow-up call No. 02-132-K is planned — applications are planned to be accepted from 29 January 2027 to 29 April 2027.
As of 2026-07-11, call No. 02-131-K “Development of AI Solutions” is planned — applications are not yet being accepted. The call is expected to be announced on 2026-10-30, with applications accepted until 2026-12-30 17:00. The call earmarks EUR 5 million for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Central and Western Lithuania region, with a maximum grant of EUR 138,000 per project; the funding intensity and other terms are still being drafted. In the previous call under the same activity, No. 02-124-K, up to 80% of eligible costs were funded, grants ranged from EUR 20,000 to EUR 138,000, and applicants were required to have annual revenue of at least EUR 145,000. The terms of the new call may differ and will be confirmed only once the call description is published.
As of 11 July 2026, call No. 02-132-K “Implementation of AI Solutions” is planned and not yet announced: it is expected to be announced on 29 January 2027, with applications accepted until 29 April 2027, 17:00. The call budget is EUR 3,750,000 from the European Regional Development Fund, with a maximum grant of EUR 70,000 per project. The call is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises adopting digital technologies, with priority given to artificial intelligence solutions; it is administered by the Innovation Agency (Inovacijų agentūra). The exact terms (funding intensity, EVRK codes, revenue and length-of-operation requirements) will be published in the call description. The previous call under the same activity, No. 02-126-K, can serve as a benchmark: grants of EUR 15,000–70,000, intensity of up to 50%, industrial SMEs with annual revenue of at least EUR 145,000.
