Most firms quote before they have seen your work. We do the opposite — which leaves you carrying almost no risk:

EU funding can cover part of the cost

For manufacturing SMEs the state has covered up to 50% of AI implementation costs (Innovation Agency calls). Calls come in waves — during the consultation we give an honest eligibility assessment.

Important: as of mid-2026 no grant is open, and the existing AI calls cover only the manufacturing sector. We do not guarantee funding.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. The first conversation and the review of your processes are free and carry no obligation. The findings are yours to keep even if you decide not to go further.

Why don’t you publish a price list?

Because an honest price is impossible to state before seeing your processes. A price list would mean the number was decided before the work was understood. We look at what can be saved first, and only then propose scope and price.

When will I know the price?

Right after the free review. We then give a fixed scope and price, which you approve in writing before any work begins. It does not change after that.

How do payments work?

In stages, against written acceptance criteria. When a stage criterion is met, you pay for that stage. If it is not met, you do not pay.

Are there extra or hidden fees?

No. The contract fixes the full scope and price. Additional work happens only with your separate approval.
