A service we run for you. With AI we find the Lithuanian companies that fit, research them and write letters in Lithuanian. A letter goes out only after a person approves it.

Free. A person replies, usually within one business day. Nobody is emailed on your behalf without your consent.

How it works

One fictional example from start to finish: a packaging maker called „Pavyzdinė gamyba“. Every name and number in this block is an illustration, and the letters are shown in English translation.

We learn what you sell

We go through your website and write down what you make, for whom and how you differ. You correct anything that is off.

Contact: only the address the company publishes.

We write each a personal letter

One checkable fact about the recipient, a few ideas and a short question. In Lithuanian, written for each recipient. It goes out only after a person approves it.

Pavyzdinė gamyba, UAB · Kaunas · info@pakuotes.example This letter is sent to a legal entity as a business offer (Law on Electronic Communications, Art. 81(1)). Data sources: public company registers and business contacts the companies publish. If you do not want such letters, reply “unsubscribe” and we will not write again.

Waiting for approval

Checked before sending

  • Sending is not paused
  • Campaign is switched on
  • Address is not on the opt-out list
  • This company has not been written to
  • Daily limit not reached
  • Approved by a person
  • Footer with opt-out line added

We draft replies, a person approves

Replies are linked to the company and the first letter. A rule records an opt-out at once and forever.

Example

We review results together

We compare replies by segment and discuss with you what to continue and what to pause. You decide.

Example
  • WholesaleSent 20Replied 0Pause
  • Food manufacturingSent 20Replied 1Watch
  • FurnitureSent 20Replied 3Continue

We prepare the suggestion after reviewing the segments. Samples are small, so it is not a decision: you decide whether to continue or pause.

A person always has the last word.

This is how our own sending works: the rules are written into the code, not into a promise. Before every letter the system checks, among other things, the points below. If any one fails, the letter does not go out. When we work with you, the approval step and limits are agreed in writing.

  1. Sending is not paused

We pause sending on request. While paused, nothing goes out, and only the owner can lift the pause.

  2. The campaign is switched on

Every wave of letters has its own switch. Letters in a wave that is off do not go out.

  3. The recipient has not opted out

Opt-outs are kept forever. A plain rule recognises “unsubscribe” before any AI sees the reply.

  4. This company has not been written to

One first letter per company per campaign. At most one follow-up.

  5. The daily limit is not reached

The daily first-letter limit is counted in the database, not left to a model.

  6. A person approved it

AI can only prepare a draft. A person sets the status to approved, for one letter or a whole wave.

  7. Then the required footer is added

Sender, data source and an opt-out line are added to every letter.

There is no automatic sending. Only what a person marked as approved is sent.

What is different

Lithuanian registers, not a bought contact list

Companies come from Centre of Registers and Sodra data. A number in a letter always has a source and a date.

Only what a person approved goes out

Built into the code, not promised. Without the approved status a letter technically cannot go out.

Rules limit the sending

In our sending: a daily limit, one letter per company, a required footer and opt-outs kept forever.

Lithuanian, as a person would write

The formal „Jūs“, one checkable fact about the recipient, no invented numbers.

What we do not do

  • We do not guarantee a number of meetings or replies.
  • We do not write to private individuals.
  • We send no letter a person has not approved.
  • We never write to a company again after it opts out.

Questions

How we work
Is this software or a service?

A service. We run the system: we find the companies, write the letters and handle the replies. Which domain sends, who approves the letters and how, and the daily limits are agreed in writing before we start.

Will domain reputation suffer?

In our own sending we start slowly, and the daily limit is counted in the database. Each company is written to once, with at most one follow-up. On request we pause sending, and then nothing goes out. The domain and pace for your project are agreed in writing.

Is this legal under GDPR?

We write only to legal entities, at the business addresses they publish. Every letter names the sender, the data source and how to opt out; opt-outs are kept forever. This is not legal advice.

Can letters go out without a person knowing?

No. AI can only create a draft. Only what a person marked as approved is sent. There is no automatic sending.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply lands in the mailbox and is linked to the company and the first letter. If it says “unsubscribe” or similar, the address goes on the opt-out list at once. Otherwise a reply draft is prepared for a person to review and approve.

Can we use our own list?

We discuss it case by case. If these are company contacts and you have a basis to write to them, we check the list against the opt-out list and register data before writing.

Do you guarantee meetings?

No. We answer for what we control: an accurate company list, correct facts and orderly sending. How many people reply depends on the market and the offer.

What data do you use?

Open data from the Centre of Registers on legal entities and financial statements, Sodra open data on headcount, and companies’ public websites. Every number carries a date.

What does it cost?

We publish no price list. The assessment is free. If you decide to go on, scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts.

Who in Lithuania buys what you sell?

Send your website address or company code. A person, not a machine, will reply, usually within one business day.
